We are seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong creative vision and project management skills, capable of strategizing and executing paid digital marketing campaigns, including but not limited to Google Ads, e-commerce platforms, and email marketing initiatives. As the Marketing Director, you will be at the helm of coordinating design-related aspects of marketing projects, ensuring seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and delivering projects on schedule. You will lead the charge in the development and rollout of digital advertising and marketing campaigns from concept to completion.

Location: While the ideal arrangement involves on-site work, we are open to considering remote work options for candidates who demonstrate the necessary qualifications and suitability for the role.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct our creative services team comprising graphic designers to produce impactful marketing materials that drive measurable results.
  • Collaborate with the VP of Marketing to monitor our websites' performance against revenue targets and propose strategies to enhance outcomes.
  • Craft and communicate a strategic vision based on a deep understanding of the market segment, aimed at optimally fulfilling customer needs.
  • Manage the analysis, evaluation, and refinement of paid campaigns to maximize their effectiveness.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing and emerging marketing channels.
  • Perform competitor analysis to gauge market trends and position our offerings effectively.
  • Execute market research and customer analysis to ascertain the most effective channels for targeting diverse customer segments and verticals.
  • Investigate new technologies, methodologies, and industry developments in paid advertising and promotion.
  • Present recommendations for campaign enhancements and report on their success, supported by data and relevant reports.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in wholesale and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) marketing.
  • Proven success in delivering strong ROI through paid media campaigns across various platforms, including Google, Bing, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • In-depth familiarity with web analytics tools and proficiency in the Google Suite (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, etc.).
  • Experience in managing direct reports and cross-department collaboration.
  • Demonstrated achievements in email marketing, encompassing strategy formulation, campaign implementation, and performance analysis.
  • Experience with Affiliate Marketing, particularly in establishing and expanding networks, is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in SEO, SEM, PPC management, content strategy, performance analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Competence in reporting campaign growth and analytics to stakeholders.
